CAN I RETURN SWIMWEAR?

Yes. Swimwear must be returned with hygienic liner intact .

WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?

Yes, if the items are eligible and follow our return policy, we will refund you the amount you paid for the original order. Please read our return procedure and follow it carefully in order to be fully reimbursed.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Please contact us at connectactivewear@gmail.com or via Live Chat about any returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your item so we can help facilitate the process. You also can read the Exchanges & Return Policy to find out more.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number so you can stay in control of your package’s whereabouts. You can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and clicking MY ACCOUNT followed by ORDER STATUS.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Shipping times kick in when your item(s) have left our distribution centre. Please allow for 1-2 business days for processing at our distribution centre before your order is shipped.

To re-set your password, just click the Lost your password? button and follow the steps. For security reasons, we cannot send you your password via email. You will be asked to create a new one.

IS IT SAFE TO SHOP ONLINE?

No, but we encourage all our customers to set up an account since it will give a discount code on your first order as well as receiving any news, updates or discounts available.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, once you’ve placed the order, our team will have already started processing it, so we will be unable to make any changes.

CAN I CHOOSE THE CURRENCY I PAY IN?

For now, we only accept payments in US dollars.

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express cards. You can algo choose to pay with Amazon Pay and PayPal. Payments will be debited from your card at time dispatch.
