Orders are handled Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) and are subject to availability and credit authorization. Once we receive your order, we work as quickly as we can to process, prepare, and get all shipped out. Allow us 24 hours to ship it, orders placed on weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that outlines when the order was shipped along with a tracking number.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Once orders have left our workshop, CONNECT takes full responsibility for lost, stolen, or miss-delivered packages. If you’re having trouble tracking your shipment, we are here to help. Please do not hesitate in reaching out with any questions or concerns regarding your packages.

You can quickly and easily track the progress of your shipped order via email. To do so, please follow the steps below:

    •    Locate the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email that was sent to you.
  •   By clicking on the tracking number, you will be rerouted to your order shipment on the website. If for some reason the link does not show the progress of your order, simply visit the website and enter your tracking number to track your order’s shipment.
